Sweet Onion Sausage Casserole

 5  Sweet onions, sliced
12  Ritz crackers, crushed
1 lb Sausage meat, browned in a
 -skillet and drained
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Seasoning salt
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm Jar pimento pepper

Put half the onions in bottom if 12 x 7 inch dish.
Sprinkle Ritz crackers on top of onions.
Add Sausage meat.
On top of this put the rest of the onions.
Pour cream of mushroom soup over all this; add salt and seasoning salt.
Sprinkle layer of cheese and pimento.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for an hour.
